Peter makes a good point - there is no use for a libgeda-dev package at
all. We could consider this later if you want to keep it for now.
Similarly, libgedaXX.so.* could move into libgeda-common... but we would
need to discuss this on debian-devel first I think because it would be
a policy violation. Or perhaps not if it was in /usr/lib/<something>
rather than directly in /usr/lib, but then we'd need to use RPATH..
argh.
In general there's no point in having separate binary packages A and B
if both are built from the same source and both are always installed in
a working installation.
