Shouldn't every library package have a devel package with it ? Just in 
case that some developer would need it maybe ?

libgedaXX.so.* is a binary file (actually a binary & a symlink to it), 
so it can't be in the Arch: all libgeda-common.

Btw, there is one remaining issue in the package: although I do:

dh_makeshlibs -a -V'$(LIBPKG) (= $(DEBIAN_VERSION))

Yet the resulting binaries have this dependancy: libgeda38 (>= 1.6.0)
