[Pkg-electronics-devel] New gerbv release needs packaging

Hi Peter
    I have uploaded version 2.4.0 to mentors.debian.net. Don't know if I am 
hijacking the package but it worked for version 2.3.0 :)
    I some of the maintainers/uploaders willing to upload it to Debian?
