[Pkg-electronics-devel] Packaging GHDL in Electronics Team?

Hello everyone, I'm working on reintroducing the VHDL simulator GHDL to
Debian and in the ITP (#880942) I mentioned that this might fit with the
electronics team (since there's also iverilog here).

However I am not a team member yet so I don't know if there's any
objections. Also how do I formally join the team (the Wiki page wasn't
particularly enlightening)? I assume that would be required at least for
write access to the pkg-electronics git directory.
