Hi there.

I have disabled the dbgsym packages. Optimisation (-O2) and strange
relative paths impair the usefulness. The latter will be fixed with the
transition to autotools. So there are 5 packages built from "gnucap"
now. Please let me know if it is appropriate to not have dbgsyms or to
postpone the issue.

I did more testing in combination with extension packages, put these
next to the gnucap package [1]. It all seems to work as intended.
Perhaps it makes sense to move these packages to [2] in the long run.
That's where the now obsolete repo from alioth has been moved to...

Please, let me know how to proceed.
