after I did the rebase and move to salsa (into my own namespace), the
repo on alioth was obsolete. that's why invalidated the master branch on
alioth.  That repository was later copied to salsa/pkg-electronics
during a batch operation. It can be safely deleted, sorry for the
inconvenience.

done. I have difficulties replacing the get-orig-source target with a
watch file. what would be a good way to solve this? (what is the purpose
of this standard rule?).

that was the plan. I suggest to (delete the gnucap repo,) create a
gnucap directory and put it in there. that will also allocate space for
the other gnucap packages. this seems similar to and consistent with
e-t/{kicad,ghdl,sigrok,arduino}.
