I had nothing to change and did just rebuild your preparations, uploaded
the packages to NEW [1], signed the latest commit as version
debian/0.36_20091207-1 and pushed all to the (re) created repository [2]
in the Debian Electronics group on Salsa.
I also created a own subgroup Gnucap for probably more source packages
around Gnucap.

Thank you for all the work on gnucap in the past couple of weeks! I'm
happy we finally made it and look further for acceptance of the package
by the FTP masters.
