I notice that even in the experimental package ppc64el is not enabled, yet
it builds fine on our systems after resyncing libcontex.h with GIT master:

https://quickbuild.io/~raptor-engineering-public/+archive/ubuntu/eetools-debian/+build/516221

Note the change was a handful of lines:

https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-source-mirror/commit/c77031842ec5b9ef3bc5ceb3fc56cb6d4ec9c8c3

Perhaps we can start by reenabling the ppc64el architecture for KiCad
builds in experimental?

For now, we'll work around the missing support on our Buster systems via
our Debian PPA at
https://quickbuild.io/~raptor-engineering-public/+archive/ubuntu/eetools-debian
. Other folks in the same boat are more than welcome to use our binaries
while waiting for official Debian support to be restored.
