this is related to the given GitLab access rights in the group of the
Debian Electronics.

By default all -guest accounts (aka non DDs) will get permissions called
'Developer' [1] within the GitLab instance in the Debian Electronics group.

The feature you've requested is available by the permissions for
'Maintainer'. I modified your membership to this group, you should now
be able to make your changes. Take care.

Please have first a look at your permissions next time.
