unfortunately upstream isn't or at least wasn't very helpful. I didn't 
get any answers to my questions. Until today not one single release tag 
in the git tree. So I gave up quite long ago because it would cost a lot 
of energy to maintain Flatcam.

Also the progress of i18n for Flatcam was while I'm involved some kind 
of a big hack, nothing that I'm interested to contribute to.

I've somewhere still some old packaging work around. If you are 
interested I can send this to you.
