[Pkg-electronics-devel] Flatcam ITP status

Hi,

I could go with it, but we lack 3 python dependencies:

- python3-ortools
- python3-ezdxf
- python3-svglib

If any of the team members would sponsor the 1+3 uploads, I could make
the effort (I'm not in the mood of looking for sponsors for 4
uploads).

Maybe the python dependencies could go in PythonModulesTeam
