Again this is a situation where I'm in contact with upstream, who have
started the process of trying to do another release.

My issue with pushing snapshots to sid is how you *know* it's
sufficiently stable and won't break things for people. That's why I
pushed to experimental. However if there hasn't been a release once we
get closer to freeze and we've had a snapshot in experimental without
major bugs being reported then I absolutely agree that should be pushed
to sid rather than have another release with the ancient 0.10.0.
