No. It is already visible to users (and buildds), at this point you lost 
and have to deal with it.
ONLY if it hangs in a queue (NEW, policy-queue for backports/stable) you 
can be lucky, but as soon as it passed through and got visible, no going 
back anymore, sorry.
You need to do the +realsomething dance, or use an epoch.
