Hi Andreas,

I'm interested in packaging pytooling if you don't mind. I just need 
help with sponsorship and package review.

Should I do this as a team package for Debian Python Team or Electronics 
Team?

There seems to be one issue with pytooling as in the upstream 
pyproject.toml, it has pytooling itself as a build dependency, I'm not 
sure how to approach it in that case. Can you advice me on that?

I will file a ITP bug if you don't mind if I package this one.
