[Pkg-electronics-devel] Packaging Arduino libraries

Hi Andrius,
Do you really need this library to be a system package to install it?
Couldn't a user simply install this library into its current working
Arduino setup? It's been a while since I used Arduino to be honest but I
seem to remember one could install any libraries locally to run along
your Arduino projects.
