[Pkg-electronics-devel] Disable 32-bit builds for verilator

Hello,

verilator 5.040 fails to build on 32-bit archs, the issue is fixed in 
upstream git, but the commit that fixes it doesn't apply to 5.040. I can 
wait for the new release where this commit is includes, but upstream 
said:

"We are not actively maintaining 32b support, though will accept patches to fix it."

So shall I just disable 32-bit builds ?
