Hi,

I think it is as simple as the attached.

It does seem to work as advertised and pdf produced has proper links in
the 'Command Reference' section and notes such as:

"Help text automatically generated from passes/techmap/abc.cc:1844"

The original recommendation came from upstream so it is probably worth
making the change.
