[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#1137327: kicad: Upgrade to KiCAD v10 in oldstable-backports

I've tried doing an unmodified backport from the 10.0.5+dfsg-1
version; it just works so far. I did not try rebuilding the
out-of-source-package dependencies (kicad-footprint, kicad-symbols,
kicad-templates), but just pulled them from unstable.

The only trouble I ran into was that due to having a bit of a
frankendebian, I had python3.14 installed from unstable, which worked
for the build and for starting up, but then crashed when opening the
schematic or PCB editor with [1]/[2]), but that should only be a concern
if Python 3.14 gets backported *too*.
