No, there isn't. There is, however, /etc/logrotate.d/exim4-base, which
is installed by the exim4-base package.

If /etc/cron.daily/exim (and by extension from the cron job
posted /var/log/exim/) still exists after exim4 has been installed, then
I'd suspect exim has only been removed, not purged.
