Exim4 config feedback..

Hi,

I recently upgraded Debian, and attempted to configure exim4.  After my
best attempts at answering dpkg-reconfigure questions, I was still
getting these errors:

Fine, I remember having to add "trusted_users = mail:jturner" in my exim3
config.. but I couldn't find any indication of how to set this in exim4.
Should I be editing the conf.d files?  Adding stuff to the .conf.conf
file?  I skimmed TFM in /usr/share/doc/exim4-config, searched Google, but
couldn't find how to set extra params.

So I switched to exim, which has one config file that has no macros or
anything and Just Works.

No reply expected - I'm done playing with exim4, and next time I'll try
postfix instead.. just thought any feedback is better than none.
