It is, however, pretty exotic to use that character in mail addresses.
Please note that "Miles O'Brian <miles.obrian@ds9.example>" would be
legal as our check only applies to the actual mail address.

' is a shell metacharacter and could be dangerous in cases where mail
addresses are used in scripts.
