Bug#421980: exim4: ALL outgoing mail returned "Relaying not allowed"

The exim4 bug can be closed. The provider admitted to having made a change 
(and I had not yet received notification--again not the first time).

In outlook express, one would check authentification required and enter simply 
'v'. (Usually there will be fields for username and password)

How do I do this in exim4?
