In "internet-site" configuration type "semicolon" is translated as "двоеточие" instead of "точка с запятой".

Quotations:

Please enter a semicolon-separated list of IP address ranges for which

Введите список диапазонов IP-адресов, разделённых двоеточиями, с которых
