Package: exim4
Version: 4.84-8
Severity: normal

I noticed that mail sent by needrestart(1) addressed to Debian-exim was
bouncing.

# exim -d -bt Debian-gdm
...
- --------> local_user router <--------
local_part=debian-gdm domain=wintermute
checking domains
cached yes match for +local_domains
cached lookup data = NULL
wintermute in "+local_domains"? yes (matched "+local_domains" - cached)
checking local_parts
Debian-gdm in "! root"? yes (end of list)
checking for local user
seeking password data for user "debian-gdm": using cached result
getpwnam() returned NULL (user not found)
local_user router skipped: debian-gdm is not a local user

I guess this is because exim ends up calling getpwnam(3) with the
lower-cased local_part rather than the original, mixed-case form.
