What is "exim4", heavy, light or something else?

Dear Exim maintainers

Could I convince you to update the package description of Exim4 in regards
to what it include?
There are some description on the difference between the light and heavy
package, but what will you get if you just install the "exim4" package?
All it says is it's a "metapackage" (my reading pm the definition of debian
metapackages didn't help either).

And the "exim4" package page shows:

With an "or"?
