[Pkg-exim4-users] Use port 587

I'm trying to make my exim4 installation use port 587 instead of port 25 
when contacting my smarthost...

I'm fairly certain this means I have configure a transport to use the 
port... and that since I'm using unsplit configurations I need to do 
this in exim4.conf.template

But outside of that, I'm at a loss... and the docs aren't getting me 
anywhere... any help?
