[Pkg-exim4-users] maildirsize not being created with correct permissions

You might want to open a bug upstream to have this implemented in a
future version. To ease your pain, I understand spec.txt chapter 26.7
in the way that a missing maildirsize file will be created the first
time it is actually needed, so it doesn't hurt to not have it backed up.
