[Pkg-exim4-users] blacklist

Hello,

I would like an instance of exim which delivers to a smarthost to block 
all recipients, except those in a few domains. Say example.com will be 
sent on to the smarthost, the rest will be blocked. Ideally it should 
only do this blocking if the sender is exampleuser at server6.example.com, 
though that's not strictly necessary.

I tried to do this in local_host_blacklist by blocking everything, 
except example.com:

0.0.0.0/24
!example.com

But that didn't work.
