[Pkg-exim4-users] Manually set the HELO

I am so sorry if this has been answered before but I would like to know 
if there is a simple way of setting the HELO in a standard Debian Exim 
install?

I understand that the best way to do it is by fixing the hostname but 
there are times when that's not simple either.

I have spent 2 hours trying all sorts of things in 
update-exim4.conf.conf but I couldn't set the helo

Anyway, just asking :-)
