[Pkg-exim4-users] smarthost just for recipients @asyv.org?

I have a server from which I want to send messages via a smarthost, but 
there are many users with accounts on the server and I don't want the 
smarthost abused, so I want to use the smarthost only for recipients in 
our domain (@asyv.org)

I'm not yet sure which configuration file to edit to achieve this, or if 
it would be better to change dc_eximconfig_configtype to "smarthost" and 
then try to restrict the smarthost to recipients @asyv.org, or leave 
dc_eximconfig_configtype as "local" and then try to add a smarthost just 
for recipients @asyv.org?
