Isn't it the smarthost job to serve you only messages that are for
your domain (@asyv.org)?

  Are you sure you have to edit a configuration file at all?
  The configuration file to edit, should that be necessary, depends
weather or not you are using split_config.  Are you aware to 
/usr/share/doc/exim4/README.Debian ?

  What is wrong with setting Debian configuration to samrthost?  
In general, you can start with any Debian configuration and edit it
to your liking.  And there is a none option, which let you edit the
exim configuration almost as if you are installing exim from source.
