[Pkg-exim4-users] relaying not working, temporarily?

Try a semicolon as list separator. The docs say that we took care to
keep colon separated lists working, but I have not relied on that in
years.

man update-exim4.conf.conf might help.

reload re-generates the config and tells exim to re-read it, so you
should be fine.
