I also just made some major changes to the dependency code in externals, but I can't connect to the internet to push.  I hope there aren't too many conflicts.  It should be fine from what you are saying you did.

Hi,
This is a little heads-up message.
I pushed a bunch of commits with my attempt to fulfill some of our
recently identified release goals. It is mainly a massive renaming and
removal, but most importantly I wiped 'selectAnalyzer' and moved the former
sensitivity analyzers into the respective classifiers.
The unit test suite passes the latest commit for all internal
classifiers plus lars and libsvm. However, I'm having trouble getting
shogun to work.
