[pymvpa] _tent/parameters now is in yoh/master

Guys -- I've added our project to MLOSS.org. We should come up with a
fresh release before it is too late ;-) may be we should merge our
masters into master and then just chery pick BFs into it instead of full
merge? (ie perform feature freeze)
