I also share your oppinion wrt an new release. Looking at our todo list
I see some things I would like to adress before:

	* Restructure module layout (almost done)
	* Flexible way to add custom attributes to datasets (not touched
	  yet).
	* Refactor docs using sphinx (already started).
	* Figure out whether TransferError is flexible enough to deal with
	  AUC, and correlation error messages (not touched yet).
	* Rethink {Harvester, Harvestable, Harvesting}-approach and come up with a
	  proper example for the docs how it should be done -- and remove
	  all redundant parts.

Finally, we should give us some weeks for testing -- especially after
merging the big diff from _tent/parameters.
