[pymvpa] Handling of references

may be we should unite bib from papers repository into pymvpa's bib
file? anyway whenever we use papers repository we have pymvpa installed
-- so it is a matter of simple symlinking? (there could be more
transparent approach)

P.S. I hope nobody would mind much if I add Emanuele's referenced paper
into our papers bib/pdf (along with bibtex entry) -- it seems to be a
nice overview, worth referring to
