so no backward compatibility patch from shogun people...

I will hack a workaround so we could support both pre-0.6.5 and current
versions of shogun... if nothing comes out within next few days --
please buzz me, ok?

Well there are some bad hacks in the code that need cleaning up. This
was actually the first incompatible change and another one probably
happening around 0.7.0 or 0.8.0 will be to remove the size of kernel
cache argument from the kernels. But yes I will announce API breakage
next time and note that things will be better when we start using a
libshogun with proper so-names but this is still a long way to go...
