[pymvpa] Example dataset downloads

Hi,

we have some problems with respect to the webserver on the machine
hosting www.pymvpa.org. As a side effect, people had problems
downloading the example dataset. Until we can properly fix the webserver
the example dataset is now available from an alternate location. The
new link can be found here:
