[pymvpa] PyMVPA 0.4.0 is out

Hi,

I'd like to announce the release of PyMVPA 0.4.0. This time we support
more platforms and OS then ever -- RPM or DEB packages for virtually all
Linux distros commonly used on lab workstations, and installers for Mac OS
and Windows.

Please note that the machine hosting pymvpa.org still feels a bit shaky.
If the website doesn't load quickly or PDF downloads get interupted, please
try again later on -- we are working on it...

However, the program downloads themselves (RPM, DEB packages, sources tarballs,
git repository and example dataset) are not affected, as they are
located on other machines.
