[pymvpa] Separate mailing list for PyNIfTI

Hi all,


I no longer want to increase the traffic on the PyMVPA mailing list with
purely PyNIfTI-related topic. Therefore I have created a separate
mailing list for pynifti. Please move such discussions to this mailing
list and/or subscribe to it if you want to read them ;-)

The new PyNIfTI website (which I am going to upload quite soon) will
have all information about subscription procedure and archives. For now,
