[pymvpa] PyMVPA 0.4.1

Hi,

we just released PyMVPA version 0.4.1. This is mostly a bugfix release.
The most significant change is probably that example data and unit tests
are also installed from now on, and are accessible trough `mvpa.test()`.

We also added binary packages for Mandriva 2009 (and will later on also
enable OpenSUSE 11.1) -- all in addition to the long list of OS we
already used to support.

Currently, there is no MacOS installer, but we hope that the new MacPort
will be avialable soon.
