[pymvpa] MacPorts install

I don't have news about the status, but I'm sure that James is going to
keep us uptodate. The question to me is, whether we should wait for the
'official' macport to become available, or advertise the 'inofficial'
from James' repos (if he agrees with that), or whether I generate (one
last time) an installer package?
