[pymvpa] 2009 Pittsburgh Brain Connectivity Competition

Also one of the guys from that competition project visited our poster at
SfN and revealed its topic to us, invited to participate; I mentioned
that we are deeply buried in Phd preparations... So I am not sure myself
if I would have time for it myself

needless to mention that I am lacking windows player as well
