[pymvpa] PyMVPA documentation editor online!

Hi,

please let me announce our new online documentation editor. This nice
piece of technology was originally invented for Numpy, but it can be
just as useful for us ;-)

This facility is especially targeted to those who still refuse to get
used to Git and edit the PyMVPA sources directly. The doc editor
provides a convenient interface to edit _any_ docstring in PyMVPA, as
well as the manual. No change will be applied directly to the sources,
but everything is subject to review -- so don't be afraid ;-)
