[pymvpa] ‘LinearNuSVMC’ is not defined error with smlr.py

I can confirm this bug. Apparently, I was totally wrong claiming that
simply reinstalling would do the right thing (for some reason I was
mistaken the windows-thingie with a proper package manager).

I will investigate why the installer doesn't build the SVM extension
anymore and update the package when I know more.

I'll post to the list, when done.
