[pymvpa] pybrain: another ML library, but not much overlapping

Dear all,

I've just come across another ML library in Python, PyBrain:

Despite the questionable name - it does not deal with brain stuff
as far as I've understood - it could be of interest because of
the models provided: mainly neural networks (most probably the
reason behind "brain") and reinforcement learning, which
are currently missing in PyMVPA.

I don't know the quality of this work so any comment is welcome.
