[pymvpa] segmentation fault while running unit test

I cloned the git repo for PyNIfTi, now running full unit test battery.

I had to patch the makefile for it to honour my existing PYTHONPYTH env
variable. I spoke to Michael in IRC, and he said this fix exists somewhere
already, does anyone know where?
