[pymvpa] PyMVPA 0.4.2 is out

Hi all,

much later than expected we finally made it: PyMVPA 0.4.2 is out. Unlike
the last release this one has quite a number of new features included. Here is
the full changelog:

The source tarball is in the download area and the binary packages for
the Debian/Ubuntu universe are in the archive. I am still fighting the
windows installer, but it shouldn't take long.
