[pymvpa] NiftiImage import error

heh... ubuntu

try upgrading python-mvpa (we have fresh 0.4.2 release out) and I
believe there was smth like that fixed after 0.4.0 but I can be wrong

upgrading pynifti also would not hurt especially since version you have
provided just a tip of an iceberg  -- full version consists of a date...
like 0.20090303.1 , so all versions so far are 0.2 ;)
