[pymvpa] cross-validation & regression analysis

look into doc for TransferError and mvpa/tests/test_regr.py for
"examples" ;-)

PS I thought we had switching between MeanMismatch for classification
and CorrError for regression... my bad -- need to do that for
TransferError
